Lesson Options

(Open to Members & Non-Members)

  • Private Lessons:
    One-on-one instruction tailored to individual needs

  • Group Lessons:
    Small classes based on age and skill level

  • Intensive Lessons:
    Four lessons in one week for faster progress

Class Levels

  • BEGINNER

    (30 mins)

    Swimmers are new to the water and are not water safe. Classes will work predominantly on breath control, floating, and safety skills.

    Group Ratio 1:4

    1. Ages 3-5
    2. Ages 6-9
    3. Ages 10-13

  • INTERMEDIATE

    (30 mins)

    Swimmers are not new to the water, but still aren't water safe. Swimmers can hold their breath and float and will begin working on more arm and leg action, glides, and rolls, while continuing safety skills.

    Group Ratio 1:4

    1. Ages 3-5
    2. Ages 6-9
    3. Ages 10-13

  • ADVANCED / BEGINNER STROKE

    (45 mins)

    Swimmers are water safe, but need work building strokes and strength in the water. We will work on freestyle and breathing, as well as backstroke, breaststroke kick and treading. 

    Group Ratio 1:6

    Ages: 5-10

  • SWIM TEAM PREP

    (45 mins)

    Swimmer has a good base for freestyle and backstroke. We will continue refining all 4 strokes as well as diving, flip turns, endurance, swim team terminology and practice prep.

    Group Ratio 1:8

    Ages: 6-12
